“The complex nose melds mineral notes and tropical fruit aromas with bright acidity, creamy texture, and a lingering finish.” (label on wine bottle) I agree with this assessment of the Errazuriz Wild Ferment Chardonnay 2009; however, it is better described in the write up in the Wine Access magazine Dec10/Jan11: “A … pleasure is this drop-dead-gorgeous homage to Mersault. Muddled lemon, nectarine and peaches dominate, with a ribbon of butterscotch. Stunning…90 points” (Kurtis Kolt)
