Inniskillin 2006 Discover Series Petit Verdot VQA (Canada – BC) – “The 2006 Petit Verdot displays vivid currant and cherry aromas.  Deep purple in colour, this wine has prune and black cherry flavours that are well balanced with firm tannins.”  (Tasting Sheet)
NK’Mip Qwam Qwmt 2007 Syrah VQA (Canada – BC) – Pronounced in-ka-meep.  “This wine has aged in French and American oak for 18 months.  Full red berry, plum and jam flavours rush forward with cedar box and cracked pepper to create an intriguing balance.  Chewy tannins linger on the palate and harmonize with a soft, vanilla finish.” (Tasting Sheet)

Evan Williams Egg Nog - the website states that this egg nog tastes “creamy with vanilla notes, Bourbon bread pudding.”  YUM!
Linkwood 30 year old Single Malt Scotch – this is a scotch from Speyside region of Scotland.
Fullers Vintage Ale - “Though Vintage Ale 2005 is good for drinking today, it is also ready to lie down in your cellar reaching peak condition in three or four years. We recommend Vintage Ale 2005 be consumed at cellar temperature or 52ºF or 10ºC. Pour it slowly into a Cognac balloon and allow the beer to breathe. Then sip it on its own or with a fine cheese and feel the warmth of the season come upon you.” (Fuller’s Vintage Ale website)
