Sottano Reserva Malbec (Argentina) – “Excellent color, good expression of its variety with a mix of red and black fruits.  Spices like clove and white pepper in the nose.  Good structure with ripe tannins perfectly combined with the oak.  Long and persistent at the palate.”  90 points Robert Parker Wine Advocate
Sottano Clasico Cabernet Sauvignon (Argentina) – “A deep and intense color with ruby hues.  Coffee, cassis, cappuccino, and snuff, are part of the wine complexity in its aroma.  With a large volume in mouth, there are soft and ripe tannins, achieving a perfect balance with the oak.”  86 points Robert Parker Wine Advocate
Elephant Island Pear wine (BC) -“Lovely, delicate aromas carried on a fresh + crisp blanket of bartlett pear flavors. Fermented to dry, a completely refreshing dry dinner wine. Epic on a patio overlooking a lake on a smoking hot summer’s day.  Recommended Pairings – Summer salads (think creamy dressings with a healthy dose of fresh cheese worked in) –ie. Spinach and Strawberry or Creamy Pasta dishes – Fresh Pear and Curry Pasta. Generally, light meats with cream-based sauces – Pork, chicken and seafood dishes work nicely.”  website
