</strong>1 oz Amaretto<br />
1 oz Southern Comfort<br />
1/2 oz Sloe Gin<br />
Stir in a highball glass over ice and add a splash of lemon juice.</p>
<p><strong>BKACKTHORN<br />
</strong>1 1/2 oz Sloe Gin<br />
1 oz sweet Vermouth<br />
Stir with ice and strain into cocktail glass.  Add a twist of lemon peel.</p>
<p><strong>SLOE GIN FIZZ<br />
</strong>Juice of 1/2 lemon<br />
1 tsp powdered sugar<br />
2 oz Sloe Gin<br />
Shake with ice and strain into highball glass with two ice cubes.  Fill with carbonated water and stir.  Decorate with a slice of lemon.</p>

Fill a shaker with ice, pour in rum, lime juice, sugar and red pepper.  Shake, then fine strain into a chilled glass.  Garnish with sliver of red pepper.</p>

1 1/2 oz cranberry juice<br />
splash of Triple Sec<br />
splash of lime juice<br />
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.</p>
<p><strong>MELON COSMO<br />
</strong>2 oz Pinnacle Melon Vodka<br />
1/2 oz Triple Sec<br />
1 oz lemonade<br />
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.  Garnish with a cherry.</p>
<p><strong>VOGUE MARTINI</strong><br />
2 oz Pinnacle Melon Vodka<br />
1 oz melon liqueur<br />
splash of pineapple juice<br />
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.  Garnish with an orange wedge.</p>
<p><strong>TOUSSAINT MARTINI<br />
</strong>2 oz Pinnacle Melon Vodka<br />
3/4 oz orange juice<br />
3/4 oz fresh lime juice<br />
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.  Garnish with an orange twist.</p>
<p><strong>MELON A LA MODE<br />
</strong>2 oz Pinnacle Melon Vodka<br />
1 oz coconut rum<br />
splash pineapple juice<br />
splash sour mix (see recipe below)<br />
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.  Garnish with a pineapple slice.</p>
<p><strong>RUGBY JUICE<br />
</strong>1 1/2 oz Pinnacle Melon Vodka<br />
1/2 oz blue curacao<br />
4 oz pineapple juice<br />
1 oz cranberry juice<br />
Mix in a glass filled with ice and garnish with a pineapple slice.</p>
<p><strong>FRENCH MELON OPEN</strong><br />
2 oz Pinnacle Melon Vodka<br />
4 oz Club Soda<br />
splash of cranberry juice<br />
Mix in a glass filled with ice and garnish with a lime wedge.</p>
<p><strong>VERSAILLES COCKTAIL</strong><br />
2 oz Pinnacle Melon Vodka<br />
4 oz lemon-lime soda (7UP or Sprite)<br />
Mix in a glass filled with ice and garnish with a lemon wedge.</p>
<p><strong>NOTRE DAME</strong><br />
2 oz Pinnacle Melon Vodka<br />
4 oz orange juice<br />
Mix in a glass filled with ice and garnish with an orange wedge.</p>
<p><strong>THE EURO</strong><br />
2 oz Pinnacle Melon Vodka<br />
4 oz cranberry juice<br />
Mix in a glass filled with ice and garnish with a lime wedge.</p>

</em></strong>1 cup sugar<br />
2 cups water<br />
2 cups fresh lemon juice<br />
